BNIC Rules

1) Bowl on Sundays (check participating centre for start times) and receive one (1) stamp per hour purchased per bowler per lane.  
 Valid only during public bowling. Not valid with any other offer or discount. 2) No purchase necessary. By mail or in person. You may enter the draw for the Prize available in this Contest by writing an original 500 - word essay on the topic of “Why I Love Bowling”, along with your name, mailing address, telephone number, e-mail address in a postage paid envelope to: Classic Bowl 3055 Dundas St W Mississauga Ontario L5L-3R8. Upon receipt and validation of your original 500-word essay, you will be automatically entered into the Contest. Copied, reproduced, forged, counterfeit or otherwise unoriginal essays of will be automatically disqualified. 3) Collect three (3) stamps and be eligible for the monthly prize draw and received a ½ hr Free bowling on your next visit. 4) For every three (3) stamps collected receive one (1) ballot for the Grand Prize draw on May 26, 2018. 5) Participants are eligible to win one (1) Grand Prize consisting of the following: One (1) trip for Two (2) to Australia. Trip includes airfare and accommodation for 10 days (Approx. value $10,000). Prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be transferred or exchanged. Participating centres reserve the right to substitute prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize. 6) Contest period (Sundays only) Sunday October 2, 2016 through Sunday April 29, 2018 the Contest Closing Date. A random draw by a representative of the participating centres from all entries received will be made on Saturday, May 26, 2018. Selected entrant will be contacted by phone and/or email, as set out on the entry ballot. If the selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days following the draw, incorrectly answers the skill-testing question, declines the prize, participating centres in their sole discretion may select another entrant or to cancel the prize. 7) To be declared a winner, selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical skill-testing question at a convenient time. Contest judges’ rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the promotion and the awarding of prize. 8) Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by participating centres. Participating centres take no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors. Participating centres are not responsible for any errors or omissions in printing or advertising this contest. All entries become the property of participating centres and will not be returned.  9) To be eligible to win, entrant must be a legal resident in the province or territory in which they reside. Each entrant must be over the age of majority in his/her province or territory of residence. Employees and their spouses, parents, siblings and children of participating centres are ineligible to enter. 10) By entering a Contest, each entrant fully releases participating centres and any other entity involved in the development, production, administration, or fulfillment of the applicable Contest from all liability of any kind relating to the Contest or his/her participation therein.  11) Participating centres reserve the right to cancel, modify or suspend a Contest or to amend these General Contest Rules at any time and in any way, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever. Without limiting the foregoing, if for any reason, in the opinion of the participating centres in their sole and absolute discretion, a Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, for example as a result of tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, mechanical manipulation or any other causes beyond its control, participating centres reserve their right to amend, cancel or suspend the applicable Contest and/or conduct a random draw from all previously received eligible entries. Without limiting the generality of the forgoing, Participating centres reserve the right, in their sole and    absolute discretion, to administer an alternate test of skill as it deems appropriate based on the circumstances and/or to comply with applicable law. 12) By entering a Contest, each entrant consents to the collection, use and distribution of his/her personal information (information that identifies an entrant as an individual, such as home telephone number, age and home address) by participating centres for the purposes of implementing, administering and fulfilling the applicable Contest and in accordance with privacy policy. Participating centres will not sell or transmit this information to third parties except for the purposes of administering the applicable Contest  13) All entries are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. Participating centres reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to require proof of identity and/or eligibility (in a form acceptable to participating centres. – including, without limitation, government issued photo identification): (i) for the purposes of verifying an individual’s eligibility to participate in the applicable Contest; (ii) for the purposes of verifying the eligibility and/or legitimacy of any entry or other information entered (or purportedly entered) for the purposes of the applicable Contest; and/or (iii) for any other reason participating centres deems necessary, in their sole and absolute discretion, for the purposes of administering the applicable Contest in accordance with the General Contest Rules and, if provided, any further Contest-related instructions. Failure to provide such proof to the complete satisfaction of participating centres within the timeline specified by participating centres may result in disqualification in the sole and absolute discretion of participating centres. 14) All decisions by participating centres with respect to any aspect of a Contest are final and binding on all entrants without right of appeal. Contests are subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. ANY ENTRANT DEEMED BY PARTICIPATING CENTRES TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THESE GENERAL CONTEST RULES FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE PARTICIPATING CENTRES AT ANY TIME.
